Are you not satisfied with your order or did you order the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days. In this case, please contact our customer service by sending an email to cs@hildamelbournes.com

Easy returns in 4 easy steps

Step 1: Send an email to cs@hildamelbournes.com and our staff will send you a return form. Please read the conditions on the return form carefully before returning the product.

Step 2: Completely fill out the return form.

Step 3: Send your order to the address on the return form (our warehouse in Hong Kong/China). Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address specified on the return form. Make sure the package has a tracking code and send it to us. As the sender, you are responsible for shipping and handling costs.

Step 4: Once we receive the package in perfect condition, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 7 working days.

Step 1: Send an email to cs@hildamelbournes.com stating your order number and the desired product in the correct size. You will then receive a return form that you can use to return the defective product.

Step 2: Completely fill out the return form.

Step 3: Send your order to the address on the return form (our warehouse in Hong Kong/China). Send the goods together with the completed return form to the address specified on the return form. Make sure the package has a tracking code and send it to us. As the sender, you are responsible for shipping and delivery costs.

Step 4: Once you send the package to the address provided on the return form, we will send you the correct size for free.


Can I change/cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed

What will happen if I refuse delivery?
If you refuse or reject delivery or are unavailable after several delivery attempts by the courier, and you do not confirm redelivery (which may incur additional costs), the package will be automatically abandoned by the shipping company. In this case, no refund will be compensated.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to the items itself, the goods received are damaged, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
